Of course you're special. You're unique. God loves you and made you one-of-a-kind. I don't mean to diminish you with the title of this post. But as David McCullough Jr. shares in the video below, we parents have not served young people with our grade inflation and "everybody-gets-a-trophy" ways.

To give value to people's specialness, we need to recalibrate our view of achievement. I highly recommend taking 12 minutes to watch this video.
