Life is complicated and busy and needs more parties. I think God loves them. I think heaven is a party.

Parties let you switch off the left brain and open up your spirit.

Yesterday we had a great party for the AIM staff. Our yard was filled with games, music, food, and people having fun. The weather was perfect. The work would wait. We were done with talk of budgets and email. We needed to reconnect with each other and ourselves. AIM people know how to have a righteous party!

What really makes a party fun for you? When was the last time you felt God smile because you really enjoyed yourself at a party? If not recently, maybe it's time you threw a party like that. And if you do, please invite me. I'm tired of email already.
