If you've said a prayer of repentance, accepting Jesus into your heart, but nothing much changed in your life, are you saved? Jesus has a few things to say about the matter:

"Why do you call me Lord, Lord and do not do what I say?" Luke 6:46

"He who hears my words and does not put them into practice is like a man who built a house on a ground without a foundation." Luke 6:49

"My mother and brothers are those who hear God's word and put it into practice." Luke 8:21

"Any of you who does not give up everything he has cannot be my disciple." Luke 14:33

"If you love me, you will obey what I command." John 14:15

James 2:17 Sums it up well, "Faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead."

Jesus reserved his harshest words for those people whose words didn't match their lives. Words are cheap. It's our actions that count. How do your words and actions match up? Ask a good friend to give you an honest assessment today.
