Karen and I are debriefing our World Race team in Kiev. What an experience it's been! Thirty-two 20-somethings have spent a year going around the world together and we've had the privilege of being their coaches.

Along the way they've learned so much about their identity; they've gotten a new worldview, and they went so deep in creating community.

Community comes at a cost - it requires vulnerability and brings pain. It's intense. So many tears and so much laughter. Katie Rowland just posted this great video about the process and what we've all been learning.
