There is greatness in our young people. They have enough ideas and energy to change the world. Gary Black, and I are always talking about this.  We met last week in Dallas and the conversation flowed like water. Here, by sharing a story about his daughter Alexis in Swaziland, Gary helps us understand how we can help young people tap into the greatness that has been deposited in them and lies latent.

The question is, has your father ever given you this kind of kingdom opportunity?  Or do you as a parent wrestle with giving your children a chance like this to make a difference?  It's what gets our kids to greatness.
