Itโ€™s been 30 years since we started Adventures in Missions. Our kids were still babies. Starting something from nothing was a pretty big risk. Why not take a safer route?

Well, my life had been changed by short-term mission experiences like the ones that Jesus sent His disciples on. I knew their power and felt God calling me to give young people a similar opportunity.

Those were difficult days. Working out of the garage and raising support gave me a sense of desperation - this had to work, God had to show up! We had no other options. I was working without a net and it was scary.

The years have flown by and God has changed so many lives through AIM. Johnfrank and our video team just put together a video where I look back on all 30 years and what it meant. I found it moving and humbling. If you've followed our ministry, I think you'll enjoy it.
